We're Hiring: Performance Marketer
Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)

Are you passionate about scaling brands through data-driven marketing? We're looking for a Performance Marketer who can create, optimize, and manage high-performing digital advertising campaigns that generate measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max & YouTube).
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPL, CPA, and conversions.
- Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and competitor analysis.
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
- Track campaign budgets and ensure maximum ROI.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, analytics, and attribution.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion APIs.
- Ability to analyze data and make optimization decisions.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in lead generation, eCommerce, or real estate campaigns is a plus.
