Job Summary:
CEARSLEG is building its in-house performance marketing team and is seeking a Performance Marketer with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
• Monitor and optimize campaigns for key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
• Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, and landing pages
• Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel
• Develop and manage retargeting campaigns
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare structured reports
• Align campaigns with business and lead generation objectives
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and optimization techniques
• Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and conversion tracking setup
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Good communication and reporting skills
• SEO experience is not required
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in an agency or managing multiple client accounts
