We're a fast-growing consumer tech company building apps for Bharat — VoiceClub, Zinglish & ShantiClub — with 3 Crore+ downloads on the Play Store.
As our Performance Marketer, you'll own growth end-to-end. That means managing ₹5 Lakh+ in daily ad spend across Meta, Google UAC, and ASA — running experiments, owning CAC, scaling installs and revenue, and working directly with the founding team to shape how growth is built here.
No middlemen, no hand-holding, real ownership from day one.
✅ You're right for this if you:
▸ Have 3+ years of in-house performance marketing experience ▸ Come from a consumer app background (fintech, edtech, gaming, content, health, etc.) ▸ Have managed ₹5 Lakh+ in daily ad spend with real accountability ▸ Are hands-on with Meta Ads, Google UAC, and/or Apple Search Ads ▸ Think in CAC, LTV, ROAS and funnels — not opinions
