At Calsoft, we build CRM and WhatsApp automation software for Indian sales teams — and we’re growing fast. We’re looking for a hands-on Performance Marketer who can own our entire digital marketing engine — from the first ad impression to the final free trial signup.
This is not a coordination role. You will plan it, build it, run it, and optimise it yourself.
What You'll Own
Paid Advertising
• Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram)
• Manage ad budgets with a focus on cost-per-lead and cost-per-acquisition — not just click-through rates
• Write ad copy, design briefs, and test creatives continuously
• Run Click-to-WhatsApp ad campaigns directly connected to our CRM pipeline
Search Engine Optimisation
• Own end-to-end SEO — technical audits, on-page optimisation, content strategy, and link building
• Research and target high-intent keywords relevant to CRM, sales automation, and WhatsApp marketing in the Indian B2B market
• Track rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics weekly
Social Media
• Manage and grow Calsoft's presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
• Plan and publish a consistent content calendar — educational posts, product updates, customer stories, and industry insights
• Engage with the audience, respond to comments, and build an organic following
SaaS Marketing
• Understand the full B2B SaaS funnel — awareness, consideration, trial, activation, and retention
• Run campaigns specifically designed to drive free trial signups and product-qualified leads
• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing output with pipeline targets
End-to-End Campaign Management
• Own every campaign from brief to result — strategy, execution, reporting, and iteration
• Set up and maintain tracking across Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and CRM attribution
• Build dashboards and report on key metrics weekly — not monthly
What We're Looking For
Experience
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
• Proven track record running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns independently — not just assisted
• Direct experience in a SaaS or technology company is strongly preferred
• Demonstrable SEO results — rankings moved, organic traffic grown
Skills
• Google Ads — Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube
• Meta Ads — Lead generation, conversion, Click-to-WhatsApp, retargeting
• SEO — Technical, on-page, content strategy, and off-page link building
• Social Media — Content creation and community management across LinkedIn and Instagram
• Analytics — Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Meta Business Manager
• CRM Understanding — Basic knowledge of sales funnels and CRM tools
• Copywriting — Ability to write clear, compelling ad copy, social posts, and landing pages

• You care more about results than activity — you measure everything
• You're comfortable working independently and making decisions without constant oversight
• You move fast, test often, and improve continuously
• You can explain what you're doing and why to non-marketing stakeholders
