Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Performance Marketer at CA Exam Test Series. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning and executing result-oriented digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include conducting keyword research, managing performance marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, analyzing campaign performance, optimizing budgets and strategies, tracking KPIs, and generating actionable reports. The role also involves identifying trends to enhance brand visibility, collaborating with teams to develop content strategies, and ensuring a strong return on investment (ROI) for all marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms like Meta Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, expertise in campaign tracking, KPIs, and budget optimization
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies for customer acquisition and engagement
- Experience in using tools for performance analysis and reporting, such as Google Analytics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to identify trends and insights for continuous campaign improvement
- Familiarity with the education sector and understanding of CA exams is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Proven work experience in performance marketing or related roles
