Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with 4–6 years of experience who can own our paid media function end-to-end. You will manage campaigns across Meta and YouTube for both our coaching and D2C verticals, targeting audiences in India and international markets including Dubai.
This is a hands-on role. You will be responsible for strategy, execution, optimisation, and reporting — with direct support from the Business Head and a lean creative team.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
• Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and YouTube
• Manage campaigns across two verticals — high-ticket coaching funnel and D2C wellness products
• Handle dual ad account management (primary and backup accounts) with structured warming protocols
• Run market-specific campaigns for India and Dubai with tailored messaging and creative strategy
• Manage significant monthly ad budgets with clear ROAS and CAC targets
Creative Strategy
• Develop and own the creative testing framework — new creatives tested weekly with structured hooks-first approach
• Brief video editors and graphic designers effectively to produce high-converting ad creatives
• Monitor creative fatigue proactively and rotate assets before performance drops
• Conduct regular competitor ad analysis using Meta Ad Library and research tools
Analytics & Reporting
• Track and report weekly performance metrics: CPL, ROAS, CAC, show-up rates, and funnel conversion rates
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns with a clear root-cause analysis — not just data, but actionable recommendations
• Ensure accurate tracking via Meta Pixel and Conversions API; resolve data discrepancies proactively
• Deliver weekly Monday performance reports to the Business Head
Scaling & Audience Management
• Make data-backed decisions on budget scaling — know when to scale and when to fix before scaling
• Build and manage audience architecture: cold, warm, retargeting, lookalike, and exclusion lists
• Expand campaigns into new international markets as the business grows
D2C — Wellness Products
• Run product-level campaigns for the D2C vertical across Meta and Google Shopping
• Optimise for D2C-specific metrics: ROAS, CPC, and repeat purchase rates
• Build retargeting flows from D2C buyers into the coaching ecosystem
What We're Looking For
Must-Have
• 4–6 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience with proven ownership of ad accounts
• Demonstrated track record managing significant monthly ad budgets with measurable ROAS outcomes
• Strong understanding of high-ticket funnel mechanics — webinar funnels, VSL funnels, lead-to-close pipelines
• Proficiency in Meta Business Manager, Events Manager, and Conversions API
• Experience with dual ad account management and account health maintenance
• Ability to write strong creative briefs and direct a creative team effectively
• Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with campaign data and making decisions from it
Good to Have
• Prior experience in high-ticket coaching, ed-tech, or transformation businesses
• Experience running campaigns targeting UAE or other international markets from India
• Familiarity with funnel platforms: GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, or similar
• Knowledge of WhatsApp automation tools and how they integrate with paid funnels
• Experience with D2C product campaigns on Meta and/or Google Shopping
• Working knowledge of AI creative tools: AdCreative.ai, Foreplay, or equivalent
