Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Perintalmanna for a Performance Marketer. The Performance Marketer will manage and execute digital marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and optimize strategies to meet business objectives. The responsibilities include developing ad campaigns, driving lead generation, monitoring analytics for paid performance, and implementing strategies to boost ROI. The role involves close collaboration with different teams to ensure cohesive messaging and performance-driven results.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Paid Advertising, Campaign Management, and Media Buying
- Knowledge of Data Analysis, Data-driven Decision-Making, and Performance Metrics Optimization
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Analytics Platforms
- Strong skills in Content Strategy, A/B Testing, and Conversion Rate Optimization
- Solid understanding of SEO and SEM principles
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field is preferred
