Role Summary:
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer to own our paid acquisition strategy. A mandatory requirement for this role is hands-on experience in planning, executing, and scaling high-conversion ad campaigns specifically for SaaS and Digital Products. You will focus on driving high-quality leads, trial sign-ups, and subscriptions while optimizing for a healthy Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
Key Responsibilities
- SaaS Lead Gen: Develop and manage lead generation campaigns targeting professional audiences (Google Search, LinkedIn Ads).
- Digital Product Growth: Run conversion-focused campaigns for digital products/subscriptions via Meta Ads and retargeting channels.
- Full-Funnel Optimization: Optimize the entire user journey from ad click to trial sign-up, including A/B testing ad copy, lead magnets, and landing page conversion paths.
- Analytics & ROI: Track and report on critical SaaS metrics like MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads), SQLs, Trial-to-Paid conversion rates, and CAC
- Budget Strategy: Manage and scale ad spend efficiently across multiple digital platforms to achieve growth targets.
Requirements:
- Mandatory Experience: 2+ years of professional experience specifically managing paid media for SaaS or digital product companies.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search/Display/App install) is highly preferred. and Meta Ads Manager
- Analytical Mindset: Advanced proficiency in GA4, conversion tracking (pixels/server-side), and Excel/Google Sheets to analyze funnel performance.
