Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketer based in Gurugram. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for developing and managing growth marketing strategies, planning and executing paid ad campaigns across digital platforms, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize results. The role also involves monitoring marketing trends, creating reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives and meet KPI targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing, including Paid Advertising, Campaign Management, and Performance Optimization
- Expertise in Platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO
- Strong Analytical Skills with experience in Data Analysis, A/B Testing, and Conversion Rate Optimization
- Knowledge in Content Marketing, Social Media Management, and Email Marketing
- Ability to develop and implement Marketing Strategies and measure ROI
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams
- Proficiency in Marketing Software and Reporting Tools such as Google Analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
