🚀 Job Position: Performance Marketing Intern
Location: Dehradun/WFH
Experience Required: Previous internships in same field (Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Environmental Services)
Stipend: Variable

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop, execute, and optimize data-driven marketing strategies focused on lead generation and measurable growth.
✅ Manage and scale digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, Social Media, and Email Marketing to maximize ROI and brand visibility.
✅ Handle platform-specific operations, including campaign management on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Justdial, Google My Business, and other relevant directories.
✅ Analyze campaign performance (ROI, KPIs, CAC, Conversion Rates) and continuously optimize for higher efficiency and improved results.
✅ Collaborate closely with the Sales team to align marketing strategies with revenue goals and strengthen the client acquisition funnel.
✅ Oversee the creation of high-converting marketing content (website copy, case studies, blogs, videos) that clearly communicates the value of environmental services.
✅ Conduct detailed market research to identify emerging trends, customer behavior patterns, and competitor strategies.

👤 Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Proven expertise in Performance Marketing, Digital Strategy, and SEO/SEM.
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using marketing analytics tools and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and presentation skills.
• Goal-oriented, creative, and capable of translating technical information into compelling marketing narratives.
