Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, result-oriented, and focused on generating leads and improving ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, CPC, CPL, and conversions
- Manage and monitor daily ad performance and budgets
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, and landing pages
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics
- Generate leads and improve conversion rates
- Collaborate with the creative team for ad creatives and content
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of funnels, targeting, and retargeting
- Basic knowledge of landing pages, conversion tracking, and SEO
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Tag Manager
- Ability to manage budgets and think creatively for ad strategies
