Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer located in Mumbai. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning and executing data-driven marketing campaigns, optimizing performance metrics, and delivering measurable growth. The role involves managing and analyzing digital advertising channels, running A/B tests, creating paid media strategies, and reporting on campaign effectiveness. Collaboration with creative teams and stakeholders to refine targeting and messaging strategies is a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing paid advertising channels, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads
- Strong analytical skills for campaign performance tracking, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
- Experience in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and conversion rate optimization to maximize ROI
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and marketing automation platforms
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with creative, content, and product teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of the latest trends and developments in performance marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
