HVK Architecture & Interiors is a Delhi NCR-based luxury residential interior design and turnkey execution firm. We work with homeowners, builders, and HNI clients on premium homes, villas, builder floors, and apartments across Delhi NCR.
Our typical project ticket size starts from ₹50L+, and our focus is on generating high-quality leads, qualified meetings, and serious project enquiries rather than chasing low-cost leads.
We are looking for a performance marketer who can own our paid marketing funnel across Meta, Google, landing pages, CRM tracking, and reporting.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Performance Marketer to manage and scale our lead generation engine for luxury residential interiors.
The role will involve running paid campaigns, improving lead quality, tracking SQLs and meetings, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring that our campaigns generate serious enquiries from homeowners with premium properties and realistic budgets.
This is not just a media buying role. The person will be expected to understand the complete funnel from ad creative to lead form, WhatsApp/call follow-up, qualification, meeting booking, and conversion tracking.
Key Responsibilities1. Paid Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Manage lead generation, landing page conversion, retargeting, and brand recall campaigns.
- Build campaigns for Delhi NCR micro-markets including South Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Golf Course Road, Golf Course Extension Road, Dwarka Expressway, Greater Kailash, Vasant Vihar, Neeti Bagh, Panchsheel, DLF phases, etc.
- Optimise campaigns based on SQLs, meetings, and conversion quality, not just CPL.
- Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, placements, forms, hooks, and landing pages.
- Maintain proper campaign hygiene, naming conventions, audience segmentation, and budget tracking.
2. Google Ads & Search Intent
- Run and optimise Google Search campaigns for high-intent keywords such as luxury interior designer, turnkey interiors, villa interiors, premium interior designer, etc.
- Manage negative keywords to reduce irrelevant leads.
- Track search terms and continuously refine campaigns.
- Coordinate landing page and form improvements for better lead quality.
3. Meta Ads & Creative Testing
- Run Meta campaigns for lead generation, website traffic, retargeting, video views, and remarketing.
- Work with the creative/content team to test reels, project images, carousel ads, walkthrough videos, founder-led content, and before-after content.
- Suggest ad angles based on campaign data and customer objections.
- Build retargeting audiences from Instagram engagement, video viewers, website visitors, and past leads.
4. Lead Quality & CRM Tracking
- Track the full funnel from lead to qualified lead, meeting booked, site visit, proposal, and closure.
- Work closely with the sales/founder team to understand lead quality.
- Maintain weekly reporting on CPL, cost per SQL, cost per meeting, meeting-to-proposal ratio, and conversion rate.
- Ensure leads are properly captured, tagged, and updated in CRM or lead sheets.
- Identify patterns in poor-quality leads and improve campaign targeting/form questions accordingly.
5. Reporting & Growth Analysis
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Track channel-wise performance across Meta, Google, organic, referrals, and retargeting.
- Share insights on which locations, property types, budget ranges, and creatives are performing best.
- Recommend budget allocation based on actual meeting and conversion quality.
- Build a performance dashboard for leadership review.

- Understanding of landing pages, WhatsApp funnels, and call-based sales processes.

You understand that for a ₹50L+ interior project, lead quality matters more than lead volume. You are comfortable analysing the full funnel, speaking to the sales team, understanding why leads are not converting, and improving campaigns accordingly.

Compensation
Salary will be based on experience and capability.
Suggested range: ₹35,000 – ₹70,000/month, depending on experience and past performance.
Performance incentives may be considered based on qualified meetings and conversions.
