Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Lead based in Hyderabad. In this role, you will lead performance marketing strategies and campaigns, oversee data analysis and performance testing, and monitor campaign progress to ensure optimization and achievement of KPIs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide clear performance reports to stakeholders, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement through data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis abilities to measure campaign performance and drive optimization
- Proficiency in Performance Management, including strategizing and monitoring marketing campaigns for maximum impact
- Experience in Performance Testing and iterating strategies for continuous improvement
- Effective Communication skills to present insights, collaborate with diverse teams, and report results to stakeholders
- Proven experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles
- Ability to stay updated with the latest industry trends and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
