Hiring: SEO Executive (1 Year Experience)
We’re looking for a detail-oriented SEO Executive with around 1 year of hands-on experience to join our team. This is an execution-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys working on implementation rather than strategy.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for executing on-page, basic technical, and off-page SEO activities under guidance. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes (SOPs) are key.
Key Responsibilities
1. On-Page SEO Execution
• Optimize meta titles, descriptions, and H1–H3 structure
• Implement keyword placement effectively (no keyword stuffing)
• Execute internal linking strategies
• Optimize content based on provided briefs
2. Technical SEO (Basic Level)
• Identify crawl and indexing issues
• Work with tools like Google Search Console & GA4
• Fix basic issues such as broken links and redirects
• Coordinate with the development team when required
3. Off-Page SEO
• Directory submissions and citations
• Link-building outreach
• Profile creation and bookmarking
4. Keyword Research Support
• Use tools like Ahrefs / SEMrush / Ubersuggest
• Assist in identifying low-competition keywords
• Conduct basic competitor analysis
5. Reporting
• Prepare weekly reports on rankings, traffic, and tasks
• Understand the difference between traffic and conversions
Must-Have Skills
• Basic understanding of how Google rankings work
• Hands-on experience with Search Console & Analytics
• Familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets
• Ability to follow SOPs independently
• Strong attention to detail
