Position: Performance Marketing Manager
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 3–4 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other paid channels
Monitor CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and overall campaign performance
Handle monthly ad spends of ₹50 Lakhs+ across Google and Meta
Execute A/B testing strategies for ads and landing pages
Work closely with creative and product teams to drive growth and retention
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Explore new growth channels, audiences, and campaign strategies
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in Retail, D2C brands, or Marketing Agencies
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
Prior experience managing high monthly media spends (₹50 Lakhs+)
Analytical mindset with strong campaign optimization skills
Passion for fashion, apparel, or consumer brands
Self-driven and execution-focused professional
