Role Overview
We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in paid advertising, lead generation, conversion optimization, and campaign analytics to drive business growth and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels.
* Develop and implement lead generation strategies to achieve business objectives.
* Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, bids, audiences, and creatives for maximum ROI.
* Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and market research.
* Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform dashboards.
* Manage conversion tracking, pixels, events, and attribution models.
* Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
* Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and audience segments.
* Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to management.
* Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* 2–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
* Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
* Strong understanding of PPC, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and conversion optimization.
* Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and tracking tools.
* Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
