Job Summary:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimise paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The role requires a strong data-driven mindset to drive measurable growth, improve ROI, and scale performance marketing initiatives effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other Ecommerce channels
• Own campaign strategy, media planning, budget allocation, and performance metrics including CAC, CPL, ROAS, and conversions
• Execute full-funnel campaigns from awareness to conversion
• Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaigns on a daily basis
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
• Collaborate with creative, content, and design teams to improve ad effectiveness
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages
• Ensure accurate tracking using tools like GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager
• Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry trends
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in performance or growth marketing
• Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools
• Deep understanding of attribution models, funnels, and audience targeting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing large budgets and scaling campaigns
Good to Have:
• Experience in D2C, FMCG, E-commerce, or B2B marketing
• Knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, or first-party data strategies
• Experience with landing page optimisation tools
• Exposure to AI-led bidding or creative testing tools
