Key Responsibilities Paid Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Manage budgets efficiently to maximize performance
Performance Optimization
- Continuously improve campaign performance through:
- A/B testing (creatives, audiences, landing pages)
- Bid and budget optimization
- Drive improvements in CTR, conversion rates, and cost per lead
Funnel & Conversion Optimization
- Analyze and optimize the full funnel of conversion
- Identify drop-offs and implement improvements to increase conversions
Data & Reporting
- Track and analyze key metrics:
- Cost per lead (CPL)
- Conversion rate
- Return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Build and maintain performance reports and dashboards
- Share actionable insights and recommendations
Creative & Strategy Collaboration
- Work closely with content and design teams to:
- Develop high-performing ad creatives
- Test new messaging and formats
- Contribute to overall campaign strategy and growth initiatives

✅ Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in performance marketing / paid media
- Hands-on experience with:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- Strong understanding of:
- Lead generation funnels
- Conversion optimization
- Campaign analytics
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable results
Good to Have
- Experience in lead generation or marketplace businesses
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools
- Experience handling high budget campaigns
