🚀 We’re Hiring: Performance Manager
At Kaizenn Services, we help businesses grow through strategic digital solutions — from SEO and websites to Google Business optimization and online brand growth.
As we continue expanding, we’re looking for a Performance Manager who can help us track, analyze, and improve the performance of our digital campaigns and client projects.
Role: Performance Manager
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and analyze marketing and campaign performance
• Optimize digital campaigns for better ROI and growth
• Track SEO, paid ads, and website performance metrics
• Create performance reports and insights for clients
• Work closely with our strategy and execution teams
Requirements
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads dashboards, etc.)
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to turn data into actionable strategies
