Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Performance Manager (B2B SaaS) role based in Noida. The responsibilities include overseeing and enhancing team performance, implementing effective performance management strategies, analyzing data to improve operational efficiency, and leading training initiatives. The role also involves evaluating resources, managing budgets, and maintaining clear communication channels with stakeholders to foster alignment on goals and progress.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and identify performance improvement areas.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and teams.
- Proficient in Performance Management, with the ability to design and execute improvement strategies.
- Experience in Training programs for team development aimed at achieving performance goals.
- Competency in Budgeting to optimize resource allocation and manage financial aspects effectively.
- Leadership skills with a proven track record of managing diverse teams.
- Basic understanding of B2B SaaS operations and technologies is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is a plus.
