We are now building a serious performance-driven D2C growth engine.

🎯 Role Objective
Take our website revenue from ~₹5L/month to ₹30L/month within 12 months through structured paid performance marketing.
This is a growth role, not a social media role.

🔥 Key Responsibilities
• Manage and scale Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads
• Manage Google Ads (Search + Shopping)
• Plan and execute creative testing strategy
• Track CAC, ROAS, LTV, AOV
• Improve website conversion rate (Shopify)
• Build retargeting & remarketing funnels
• Launch revenue-focused campaigns (not vanity campaigns)
• Create weekly performance dashboards

✅ Must Have
• 3–5 years D2C performance marketing experience
• Managed ₹15L+/month ad budgets
• Proven experience scaling ecommerce brands
• Strong understanding of conversion funnels
• Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
• Shopify familiarity
• Data-driven decision-making mindset
