Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Management System Executive, based in Faridabad. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring performance management systems across teams. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing employee performance data, developing performance improvement plans, coordinating reviews, and ensuring strategies align with company objectives. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with department heads on goal-setting and identifying training needs to enhance employee productivity.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in performance analysis, data management, and reporting.
  • Experience with performance management tools and HR management systems.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Prior experience in HR or performance management is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
