Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for the Performance Management Head, located in Mumbai. The role involves developing and managing performance strategies to optimize operational and employee productivity. Responsibilities include implementing performance management systems, leading performance reviews, analyzing key performance indicators, and providing actionable insights to drive improvements. The role also requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align performance objectives with organizational goals and overseeing performance-related communication and reporting.
Qualifications
- Strong Performance Management and Performance Marketing expertise
- Should have run high conversion rate
- Proficient Analytical Skills and Web Analytics capabilities
- Proven experience in Team Leadership and effective collaboration
- Ability to strategize and execute performance improvement initiatives
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the luxury product industry or related sectors is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Should be flexible with work hours, ready to travel, 6 days working.
