Responsibilities
✔️ Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
✔️ Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics
✔️ Experience with retargeting, lookalike audiences & funnel strategies
✔️ Ability to test, optimize & scale creatives, audiences & budgets
✔️ Analytical mindset with clear ownership of results
✔️ Mandatory: Proven experience working with D2C brands
