About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Lead to own and scale paid media across our portfolio of brands. You will set the strategy, manage budgets, and turn ad spend into measurable growth across very different audiences, ranging from B2B buyers to high-intent premium shoppers and lifestyle consumers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Tailor channel mix and funnel design to each brand, balancing B2B lead generation with premium consideration funnels and high-velocity D2C campaigns.
- Manage monthly ad budgets across all businesses and hit ROAS, CAC, MQL, and growth targets defined per brand.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards that track performance, attribution, and funnel health for each business.
- Run structured testing frameworks across creative, audience, placement, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Work closely with the Creative Producer and Brand Manager to brief, iterate, and scale winning creative per brand.
- Mentor junior marketers and build playbooks that scale across multiple business units.
- Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and competitive moves in both B2B and D2C spaces.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience running paid media, ideally with exposure to both B2B and D2C accounts.
- Proven track record of scaling accounts profitably (mention specific spend levels and ROAS in your application).
- Expert-level fluency with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including Performance Max, Advantage+, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Solid understanding of attribution.
- Ability to context-switch between brand personalities and audiences without losing focus.
- Clear communicator who can translate data into strategy for both founders and non-marketers.

- Experience marketing B2B, SaaS, or fintech-style products.
- Experience running campaigns for premium, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
- Experience managing junior marketers or external agencies.
