Growth Lead – Performance & Revenue
The Opportunity
Its building India's next premium handbag brand — and we're looking for a growth operator to own revenue from day one. You won't be inheriting a playbook. You'll write it.
This is a founding-team role. If you've been waiting for a chance to build something from scratch with full ownership, this is it.
What You'll Own
Performance Marketing (0→1) Launch and scale Meta and Google Ads from the ground up. Identify winning creative and audience signals early, cut what doesn't work, and relentlessly optimize for ROAS.
Retention & Lifecycle Build a retention engine across email, WhatsApp, and SMS. Turn first-time buyers into loyal customers and grow LTV through smart CRM strategy.
Full-Funnel Growth Design and execute a growth strategy that balances paid scale with organic leverage — SEO, content, community, and word-of-mouth included.
Site & Merchandising Own the website experience — product placement, landing pages, and A/B tests that move conversion numbers. Every page should earn its keep.
Funnel Optimization Audit and improve every drop-off point — product pages, homepage, checkout. Small lifts here compound into meaningful revenue.
Who You Are
You've run performance marketing end-to-end and have the CAC, LTV, and ROAS numbers to show for it. You understand that Meta and Google are just distribution — the real game is economics and retention. You're hands-on with analytics and retention tools (Clevertap, Mixpanel), comfortable with A/B testing, and you don't wait to be told what to fix.
