Spacebook Estates Private Limited is hiring a Performance & Growth Marketing Manager – Luxury Real Estate.
📍 Location: NX-ONE, Tech Zone IV, Greater Noida West (Noida Extension), near Gaur City Chowk

THE ROLE
This is not a generic digital marketing position.
We are looking for a performance-driven digital marketing professional who understands how to identify, reach and generate qualified HNI/UHNI prospects for high-ticket residential and commercial real estate.
The candidate should have the capability and strategic understanding required to market:
• ₹5 Cr+ Luxury Residential Properties
• ₹10 Cr+ HNI/UHNI Real-Estate Investments
• ₹20 Cr+ Ultra-Luxury / Commercial Opportunities
We value lead quality over lead quantity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan and execute high-ticket real-estate lead-generation campaigns
• Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and YouTube campaigns
• Build HNI/UHNI audience acquisition and retargeting strategies
• Develop high-intent SEO and content strategies
• Design landing pages and conversion funnels
• Implement CRM, lead scoring, nurturing and marketing automation
• Manage GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console and conversion tracking
• Track CPL, Cost per Qualified Lead, CAC, ROI/ROAS, site visits and booking attribution
• Use AI tools for audience research, content, creatives, automation and campaign optimisation
• Develop digital strategies for both luxury residential and high-ticket commercial real estate
MANDATORY EXPERIENCE
Candidates should possess 3–5 years of relevant digital/performance marketing experience with substantial real-estate industry exposure.
Strong preference will be given to professionals who have previously marketed ₹3 Cr, ₹5 Cr, ₹10 Cr+ residential or commercial inventory and can demonstrate measurable campaign performance.

PROOF OF PERFORMANCE
Shortlisted candidates should be prepared to demonstrate previous real-estate campaign results through anonymised/redacted information, including wherever available:
• Property/project ticket size
• Advertising budget managed
• Qualified leads generated
• Cost per Qualified Lead
• Meetings/site visits generated
• Conversion performance
• Bookings/revenue attribution
• Campaign ROI/ROAS
