Role Description

The Performance Delivery & Operations Executive will be responsible for the end-to-end execution, monitoring, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across multiple traffic channels, including DSPs, affiliate networks, and OEM sources.

The role requires close coordination with business development, publisher, and tech teams to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently, meet performance KPIs, and maintain high traffic quality.

The candidate will actively monitor campaign delivery, troubleshoot tracking or attribution issues, optimize campaigns for ROI and scale, and ensure smooth execution of CPI, CPA, CPL, and CPS models.

This position is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience in AdTech or performance marketing, who has strong analytical skills and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute performance campaigns (CPI, CPA, CPL, CPS models)

• Monitor campaign delivery, traffic quality, and revenue pacing daily

• Campaign setup across DSPs, affiliate networks, and OEM traffic sources

• Optimize campaigns for ROI, scale, and KPI performance

• Collaborate with BD and publisher teams for smooth campaign execution

• Troubleshoot tracking issues (S2S, postback, MMP integrations)

• Ensure fraud-free, high-quality traffic delivery

• Maintain performance reports and generate actionable insights


Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing / AdTech

• Knowledge of tracking tools

• Understanding of CPI, CPA, CPL, and CPS campaign models & attribution

• Strong analytical and reporting skills

• Basic knowledge of Programmatic / RTB is a plus

• Good communication and coordination skills
