Role & Responsibilities
Role Mandate
We are looking for a highly analytical and strategically sharp Performance Creative Strategist who can directly impact paid media performance.
You will own the creative strategy engine across platforms and be accountable for improving:
CPM | CTR | CVR | CPA | Creative Hit Rate
This role is about building a scalable, structured creative flywheel not random ad ideas.

Core Responsibilities
- Own Creative Performance Metrics
- Analyze ad-level data daily (CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA)
- Identify winning hooks, angles, personas, and formats
- Detect creative fatigue early and build replacement batches
- Improve hook strength to positively impact CPM & CTR
- Improve message clarity and persuasion to lift CVR and reduce CPA
- Improve Creative Hit Rate
- Define clear performance benchmarks before launching tests
- Structure creatives into measurable hypothesis-based batches
- Track hit rate per batch and improve it over time
- Build documentation systems to identify repeatable winning patterns
- Creative Strategy & Brief Engine
- Deliver structured, high-conversion creative briefs weekly
- Use awareness levels, persona targeting, objection handling, proof, and offer framing
- Ensure creatives are platform-native (Meta, Reels, Shorts, etc.)
- Maintain strong diversity across hooks, formats, themes, and emotional triggers
- Creative Velocity & Scaling
- Maintain continuous testing pipeline
- Reduce idea-to-launch time
- Ensure no performance drops due to creative fatigue
- Replicate scalable winning concepts across products
- Cross-Functional Alignment
- Work closely with Media Buyers to align creatives with campaign goals
- Adjust creative direction based on CPM and CPA shifts
- Align messaging with landing pages to improve CVR
- Collaborate with designers and editors to ensure execution matches performance intent and
brand standards
Ideal Candidate
- Strong Performance Creative Strategist / D2C / Health & Wellness / Growth Marketing Profiles
- Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 3+ years of hands-on experience in Creative Strategy for performance marketing, Growth Marketing, or Direct Response Advertising for D2C / E-commerce brands, preferably in Health & Wellness / Nutraceutical / Consumer categories
- Mandatory (Experience 2): Proven experience in building and executing structured creative testing frameworks involving research, hypothesis creation, batch production, testing, scaling winners, documenting learnings, and continuous iteration
- Mandatory (Experience 3): Strong understanding and hands-on experience optimizing key ad performance metrics such as CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA, CAC, and Creative Hit Rate, with proven examples of improving campaign outcomes through creative optimization
- Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have experience analyzing ad-level performance data daily and identifying winning hooks, messaging angles, audience personas, creative formats, and signals of creative fatigue
- Mandatory (Experience 5): Strong experience in creating structured creative briefs with focus on consumer psychology, awareness levels, objection handling, proof elements, offer framing, emotional triggers, and platform-native content strategy
- Mandatory (Experience 6): Hands-on experience collaborating closely with Media Buying teams to align creatives with campaign objectives and optimize based on shifts in CPM, CTR, CVR, and CPA performance
- Mandatory (Experience 7): Strong analytical capability with hands-on experience using dashboards, Google Sheets, Notion, or internal reporting systems to track creative performance and derive actionable insights
- Mandatory (Experience 8): Experience working with cross-functional teams including designers, editors, landing page teams, and media buyers to ensure creative execution aligns with performance goals and brand guidelines
- Mandatory (Domain): Must have prior experience working in D2C / E-commerce environments; candidates from Health & Wellness, Nutraceuticals, FMCG, Lifestyle, or consumer-first brands will be strongly preferred
- Mandatory (Tools): Must have hands-on exposure to performance creative and ad intelligence tools such as Foreplay, Motion, Meta Ads Manager, Atira (or similar creative reporting tools), and familiarity with Google Ads performance ecosystem
