Role
We are looking for a Performance Creative Lead who understands that great ads are engineered, not just designed.
This role is focused purely on performance marketing creatives for Meta, Google, and YouTube — not brand campaigns.
You will lead the creation of high-converting ad creatives that improve CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative strategy for performance ads across Meta, Google, and YouTube.
- Develop scroll-stopping hooks, ad scripts, and visual concepts.
- Work closely with performance marketing teams to optimize ads for CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Build and scale UGC ads, video ads, and static creatives for paid acquisition.
- Run creative experimentation — test hooks, formats, angles, and messaging.
- Guide designers, editors, and copywriters to produce high-performing ad creatives.
Must Have
- 3–7 years experience in performance marketing creatives.
- Proven experience creating ads for Meta / Google / YouTube.
- Strong understanding of hooks, storytelling, and consumer psychology.
- Experience scaling paid ad creatives for D2C / consumer apps / fintech / marketplaces.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics like CTR, CVR, CAC, and ROAS.

This role is not for brand creatives or agency-only experience.
