Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Coach located in Bengaluru. The Performance Coach will be responsible for facilitating training sessions, providing business and athletic performance coaching, and guiding individuals in strength and conditioning practices. Additionally, the coach will help design tailored fitness plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate with the team to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Coaching and Coaching methodologies
- Expertise in Athletic Performance and Training strategies
- Strong background in Strength & Conditioning practices
- Ability to adapt training techniques to meet individual and group needs
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications or degrees in fitness training, coaching, or exercise science
- Experience in the fitness or wellness industry is a plus
