🚀 We’re Hiring: Business Analyst – Performance & Attribution
📍 Location: Hyderabad / Mumbai (Offshore)
🔎 Role Overview
We are looking for experienced Business Analysts with strong expertise in Performance & Attribution (P&A) to support critical system migration initiatives. This role involves hands-on testing, reconciliation, and data validation as part of a large-scale transition program.
💼 Key Responsibilities
✔ Execute UAT, system testing, and parallel runs for P&A processes
✔ Perform daily & periodic reconciliations (positions, trades, pricing, FX, benchmarks)
✔ Identify and analyze data breaks between systems
✔ Document defects, track progress, and support retesting
✔ Validate P&A outputs (returns, benchmarks, attribution components)
✔ Prepare test evidence, logs, and status reports
✔ Collaborate with global teams for issue resolution
✔ Support project timelines and deliverables
✅ Required Skills
🔹 3–8 years of experience in Performance & Attribution / Investment Operations
🔹 Strong experience in reconciliation, data validation & break analysis
🔹 Good understanding of P&A methodologies (TWR, benchmark returns, attribution basics)
🔹 Advanced Excel skills
🔹 Ability to work with large datasets and investigate discrepancies
🔹 Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
⭐ Nice to Have
➕ Exposure to tools like Aladdin, SimCorp, or FactSet
➕ Knowledge of derivatives (futures, swaps, FX)
➕ Experience in system migrations / pilot programs
➕ SQL knowledge
