What is this role about?
This role is for someone who owns execution and builds along the way.
You will:
- Run performance processes
- Work closely with teams and managers
- Bring structure to fast-moving environments
You won’t just “assist” or “coordinate.”
You will own outcomes and make things move.
What will you do?
1. Performance Execution
- Run goal-setting, check-ins, and review cycles end-to-end
- Ensure performance processes actually happen — consistently and on time
- Track progress, highlight gaps, and follow through on actions
2. Talent & Growth
- Identify high-potential team members early
- Support development plans and career conversations
- Enable internal mobility and role clarity
3. Data & Insights
- Maintain clean and reliable people data
- Track performance trends and generate insights
- Support decision-making with structured inputs
4. Manager Enablement
- Build and execute playbooks, templates, and tools
- Work closely with managers to improve how they handle performance
- Ensure consistency in how teams operate
Who we’re looking for
- 2–4 years in HRBP / Performance / Talent roles
- Startup or high-growth experience is a strong plus
- Strong execution ability - you get things done without follow-ups
- High ownership mindset - you take responsibility, not instructions
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast pace
- Good with data and structured thinking
- Strong communication and stakeholder handling
