Job details:
We are seeking a highly analytical, strategic, and data-driven Performance & Brand Media Executive to spearhead paid media and digital growth initiatives for our flagship hair care and consumer brands: Streax, Streax Professional, and Vasmol. In this role, you will own the full-funnel media strategy, seamlessly balancing high-impact Branding & Awareness campaigns with robust performance marketing tactics, including Meta Collaborative Ads (CPAS), to drive both brand equity and e-commerce marketplace growth.
The ideal candidate will be a master of data and an expert collaborator, translating complex multi-platform datasets into actionable insights while effectively managing and driving accountability from our media agency to elevate our brand portfolio across B2C and professional channels.
Core Responsibilities
- Agency & Partner Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external media, performance, and creative agencies. Define KPIs, manage day-to-day deliverables, and ensure our agency partners execute campaigns efficiently, on time, and within budget.
- Data Management & Actionable Insights: Act as the primary custodian of digital marketing data. Consolidate, analyze, and interpret complex data streams across multiple platforms to identify consumer trends, measure attribution, and extract high-level strategic insights that drive business decisions.
- Full-Funnel Campaign Management: Design and deploy comprehensive digital media strategies across the entire funnel. Execute high-reach Branding & Awareness campaigns to build market equity for Streax, Streax Professional, and Vasmol, while simultaneously scaling performance setups for immediate conversions.
- Excellence in CPAS: Lead the strategy, technical setup, and scaling of Meta Collaborative Ads (CPAS). Work in close coordination with key e-commerce marketplaces and retail partners to manage catalog health, maximize down-funnel conversions, and improve ROAS.
- Budget & Media Optimization: Effectively allocate and manage the digital media budget across Paid Social, Paid Search, YouTube, programmatic, and retail media networks to hit strict performance KPIs and brand-health metrics.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Design and maintain automated performance dashboards. Translate raw numbers into concise, actionable stories and performance updates for internal leadership and marketing stakeholders.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Media, Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing digital media budgets, performance marketing, and branding campaigns, preferably within the FMCG, Personal Care, or Beauty space.
- Data Mastery: Advanced proficiency in data analysis. Proven track record of managing large datasets and using visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) to present data clearly.
- CPAS & E-commerce Expertise: Robust experience in running and troubleshooting Meta CPAS campaigns connected to major e-commerce platforms.
- Platform Mastery: Deep operational knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Demand Gen, PMax), and programmatic buying.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Deep understanding of personal care consumer behavior and B2B professional salon audience dynamics.
- Ability to measure top-of-funnel brand health (CPM, Brand Lift, Share of Voice) as efficiently as performance metrics (CPA, CAC, ROA).
