We’re hiring a Performance & Growth Marketing Manager (Gurgaon)

Pravis, founded by the entrepreneurs behind Momspresso (acquired by Mamaearth), is an integrated growth marketing partner blending strategy, storytelling, content, influencers, performance & innovation to take brands from positioning to scale.

We’re looking for a Performance & Growth Marketing Manager to own and drive high-impact performance engines across Google, Meta and digital ecosystems for leading, digital-first brands.

Experience: 3–8 years

You’ll lead paid growth end-to-end — from media strategy to landing pages, analytics, experimentation and ROI — working closely with strategy, creative and content teams to turn campaigns into scalable growth systems.

You should be able to:

• Plan, execute and scale high-performing campaigns on Google Ads & Meta Ads

• Drive lead generation and sales with strong ROI focus

• Analyse performance data to spot patterns, insights and optimisation levers

• Own landing page optimisation, CRO and user journeys

• Set up, manage and audit Google Analytics & tracking frameworks

• Run A/B tests across creatives, copies, audiences and landing pages

• Present clear, insight-led performance reports with actionable learnings

• Manage budgets, timelines and performance benchmarks

• Stay ahead of platform updates, tools, trends and best practices
