About the Role: We are looking for a Performance & Growth Manager who can take complete ownership of Hexafun’s growth engine. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience scaling startup brands, driving revenue through performance marketing, building strong SEO foundations, and improving retention and LTV. You will work closely with founders and cross-functional teams to plan, execute, analyse, and optimise all growth initiatives. This is a high-impact role with direct influence on revenue and brand scale.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Revenue Growth
- Own and manage all performance marketing channels including Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
- Plan and execute paid acquisition strategies focused on ROI, CAC, and revenue growth
- Continuously test, optimise, and scale campaigns based on data and performance insights
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximise returns
SEO & Organic Growth
- Own end-to-end SEO strategy including on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and content optimisation
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis
- Drive sustainable organic traffic growth and improve search rankings
- Work with content and product teams to align SEO with business goals
Retention & Lifecycle Marketing
- Build and optimise customer retention strategies across email, WhatsApp, push notifications, and other lifecycle channels
- Improve user engagement, repeat purchases, and customer lifetime value (LTV)
- Analyse cohorts, funnels, and drop-offs to improve retention metrics Analytics
Tools & AI Adoption
- Track and analyse growth metrics using tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, CRM platforms, and attribution tools
- Leverage AI tools and automation platforms for campaign optimisation, content creation, analytics, and scaling efforts
- Stay updated with the latest growth, marketing, and AI trends and apply them practically
Strategy & Collaboration
- Work closely with founders to define growth strategy and monthly/quarterly targets
- Collaborate with various teams to execute campaigns effectively
- Prepare performance reports, insights, and actionable recommendations
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 to 6 years of proven experience in performance marketing and growth roles with expertise and understanding in Meta and Google ads.
- Prior experience working with startup or early-stage brands (mandatory)
- Strong Experience in: Performance marketing (Google, Meta, etc.) and SEO (technical + content-driven)
- Demonstrated track record of scaling revenue and improving key growth metrics
- Proficiency with analytics tools (GA4, GTM, dashboards, CRM tools, etc.)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action
- Self-driven, ownership-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment - retention and lifecycle marketing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
