Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Analyst (B2B SaaS) role based in Noida. The Performance Analyst will monitor, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across B2B SaaS products, revenue streams, and customer segments. Daily responsibilities include analyzing product usage data, conversion funnels, and financial performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization. The role involves preparing clear reports and dashboards for leadership, collaborating with cross-functional teams (such as product, sales, and finance), and recommending data-backed strategies to improve efficiency and growth. The analyst will also support forecasting, performance reviews, and ad hoc analysis to guide decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong performance analysis capabilities, including experience defining and tracking KPIs in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI platforms) to interpret and visualize complex data.
- Solid finance knowledge to understand revenue metrics, cost structures, and profitability drivers within a SaaS business model.
- Effective communication skills to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both in writing and verbally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience working with SaaS metrics (e.g., MRR/ARR, churn, LTV, CAC, cohort analysis) is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, GA4, Mixpanel, Tableau, Power BI) is an advantage.
