🚨 We’re Hiring: Business / Performance Analyst – Capital Markets
📍 Location: Hyderabad / Mumbai
🕒 Experience: 3–5 Years

We are looking for a Business / Performance Analyst with strong experience in Performance & Attribution (P&A) to join our growing team. If you have hands-on exposure to Aladdin or FactSet and strong analytical skills in capital markets, this could be a great opportunity for you.
🔎 Key Responsibilities
• Work on Performance & Attribution (P&A) analysis and reporting.
• Perform daily reconciliation, testing, and defect analysis.
• Analyze and validate performance calculation logic.
• Handle data validation related to pricing, FX, and market data.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to resolve data and system issues.
• Ensure accuracy and quality in performance reporting.
✅ Required Skills
• 3–5 years of experience in Capital Markets domain.
• Hands-on exposure to Performance & Attribution (P&A).
• User-level knowledge of Aladdin and/or FactSet.
• Experience in testing, reconciliation, and defect analysis.
• Execute UAT / system testing / parallel runs between Aladdin or FactSet
• Experience with data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python)
• Understanding of pricing, FX, market data, and derivatives.
🕒 Work Details
Shift Timings: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
Week Off: Saturday & Sunday
Transport: As per company norms
