We're Hiring: Performance Account Manager (5+ Years Experience)

Digitizer, a Dubai-based digital marketing agency, is looking for an experienced Performance Account Manager to join our team in Mumbai. If you're passionate about building strong client relationships, driving measurable results, and managing high-performing marketing accounts, we'd love to hear from you.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and act as the primary point of contact
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Develop and execute account growth strategies to achieve client objectives
- Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations
- Coordinate with performance marketing, creative, and strategy teams to ensure successful campaign delivery
- Prepare regular performance reports and lead client review meetings
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities while ensuring client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, client services, or digital marketing
- Experience working in a marketing agency is preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to interpret campaign data and provide strategic recommendations
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of SEO and performance marketing
- Hands-on knowledge of Shopify and WordPress websites
- Understanding of website structure, optimisation, and digital marketing best practices
- Must be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate
