Role Overview
We are hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist who will own and scale paid acquisition channels. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital ad campaigns to generate conversions, improve ROI, and scale revenue.
This is a hands-on execution role — not coordination, not theory.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Ads Management
• Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
• Run Google Ads (Search, Display & YouTube)
• Plan full funnel campaigns (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion → Retargeting)
• Create audience segmentation, lookalike audiences & retargeting strategies
Analytics & Optimization
• Track CPA, ROAS, CTR, CAC, LTV and conversion rate
• Daily monitoring of campaign performance
• Scale winning campaigns and kill underperforming ones
• Funnel optimization (landing page, creatives, copy)
Creative Strategy
• Coordinate with designers/video editors for ad creatives
• Write high-converting ad copies
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, hooks, and audiences
• Develop new ad angles weekly
Tracking & Tools
• Setup Meta Pixel & Conversion API
• Google Analytics (GA4) tracking & event measurement
• Conversion tracking and attribution analysis
• Landing page optimization using data
