About the role

We are looking for a dynamic D2C Associate with a deep understanding of Retention and a CRO Specialist who has worked with D2C brands and is passionate about building D2C businesses.


Responsibilities

  • Design Customer lifecycle strategies to support the delivery of Consumer Base segment KPIs.
  • Work with the marketing and customer success teams to develop and implement strategies that increase customer retention rates.
  • Manage and improve customer lifecycle campaigns across multiple channels, such as email, WhatsApp, and SMS.
  • Design requirements and work with the communications team to create engaging campaign content to support all initiatives.
  • Execute monthly and quarterly plans that maximize customer revenue through effective and targeted up-sell, cross-sell, and increased product penetration
  • Gather customer feedback through various channels and share insights with relevant teams to improve products, services, and customer experiences
  • Prepare regular reports on the success of retention efforts, loyalty program participation, and communication performance.
  • Extensive and effective A/B testing across retention channels with conclusive results to optimize the same.
  • Track customer interaction data across all communication platforms and use this information to improve retention strategies.


Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years experience in marketing communication and execution development.
  • Exceptional data skills including the ability to extract data to inform future campaigns and a strong command of web/mobile analytics.
  • Able to create, manage, and champion marketing campaigns that utilize the full marketing mix.
  • Experience with loyalty/retention program platforms or software (e.g., Clevertap, Webengage, Retainley)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to collaborate and influence.
