Role Description
The Performance Marketing Team Lead is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves strategizing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels. Responsibilities include the management of paid advertising campaigns, analyzing campaign performance data, developing actionable insights, and driving return on investment (ROI). Additionally, the role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies and effectively achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Good knowledge of AI based tool and working .
- Proficiency in Paid Advertising Platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital ad platforms.
- Data Analysis and Reporting skills to measure campaign performance and implement data-informed decisions.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, and optimizing campaign performance to increase ROI.
- Experience in Campaign Management and Budget Optimization for digital marketing initiatives.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills for managing cross-functional teams.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Experience in the Education, Hospitality, Services indutry, travel and tourism industry is a plus.
