Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for a Performance Marketing Expert. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms. Daily responsibilities include managing ad budgets, monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data and metrics, preparing reports, and recommending improvements to increase conversions and reduce acquisition costs. The expert will collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align messaging, targeting, and landing pages, and will stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills for client interaction, internal collaboration, and clear reporting.
- Marketing and Marketing Strategy skills to plan, execute, and optimize performance-focused campaigns.
- Social Media Marketing expertise to manage and scale paid and organic initiatives on key platforms.
- Sales awareness to understand funnels, conversion goals, and revenue-focused campaign objectives.
- Experience with performance marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, analytics platforms).
- Ability to interpret data, run A/B tests, and make data-driven decisions.
- Comfort working on-site in Surat and collaborating in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
