Role Description
The Performance Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to drive business growth. This full-time role will involve researching market trends, developing effective marketing strategies, and tracking the performance of campaigns. The position is on-site and located in New Delhi. The role also includes collaborating with sales and communication teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness in promotional activities.

- Experience in Sales and Marketing, including the ability to strategically drive performance metrics.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to make data-driven decisions for campaign enhancement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a relevant field is preferred.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is an advantage.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic on-site environment.
Key Responsibilities
•
Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Paid Social platforms including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
•
Create, edit, and iterate on social media creatives, including static ads, carousels, and short-form video reels (Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts).
•
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
•
Take ownership of creative testing by producing multiple variations of ad copies, hooks, visuals, and video formats.
•
Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize targeting, creatives, budgets, and bidding strategies.
•
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, placements, and messaging.
•
Analyze performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
•
Assist in managing campaign budgets and ensuring efficient spend utilization.
•
Support landing page optimization and conversion rate improvement initiatives.
•
Manage and optimize product listings across e-commerce websites and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Shopify, etc.), ensuring accurate cataloging, SEO-friendly content, pricing updates, and stock management.
•
Plan and execute marketplace advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.) to drive product visibility and revenue growth.
•
Monitor e-commerce KPIs such as sales performance, conversion rate, Buy Box percentage, product rankings, customer reviews, and return metrics.
•
Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for inventory planning, order management, and fulfillment efficiency.
•
Implement promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and discount strategies to maximize online sales.
•
Prepare detailed performance reports covering paid ads, marketplace sales, and overall digital revenue, sharing actionable insights with stakeholders.
•
Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, marketplace policies, ad formats, and best practices in performance marketing and e-commerce growth.
Required Qualifications
•
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
•
4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media.
•
Strong hands-on experience in creating social media ad creatives and video reels for performance campaigns.
•
Proficiency with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
•
Working knowledge of creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro), CapCut, or similar video editing tools.
•
Understanding of performance metrics, attribution basics, and conversion tracking.
•
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
•
Experience in [B2B / B2C / DTC / SaaS – customize as needed].
•
Familiarity with influencer or creator-style content for ads.
•
Experience with CRO tools, landing page builders, or A/B testing tools.
•
Basic knowledge of motion graphics or animation.
