About the role

The Account Manager will own and grow a portfolio of well-established accounts in order to generate revenue and manage the end-to-end process of sourcing, driving and signing expansions and renewals. A successful candidate for this role is an exceptional relationship builder, thrives in a complex and fast-paced environment, and has demonstrated excellence in previous account management or sales positions. Responsibilities Quarterback Deals – Own the quota for revenue expansion within a portfolio of c.40 clients, managing end-to-end processes of sourcing, driving, and signing expansions & renewals for PerchPeek. Drive Account Progress & Health – Build exceptionally strong relationships across clients in your portfolio. Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders, map decision-makers, and track and report on account progress; create and maintain data-driven strategic account plans that identify opportunities to add more value and expand use cases; drive clear processes with urgency and focus when opportunities are identified. Be a Team Player –– Partner closely with Sales, Customer, Product, and Finance teams at PerchPeek, and with external partners' cross-functional teams, to drive deals forward, manage escalations, inform our roadmap, and develop intuitive, scalable processes. Build the PerchPeek Network – Be a PerchPeek ambassador and represent PerchPeek at events (online/offline, owned and externally organized). Be Customer Obsessed – Advocate for client needs while balancing against the needs and constraints of our business, by researching, analyzing, and delivering key insights across in a structured and proactive manner. Requirements Previous experience in high-complexity environments in an account management or account executive role where you've consistently hit a quota. Previous experience working with a portfolio of 15+ accounts. A demonstrated track record of growing existing accounts and hitting revenue targets where you are the key decision maker. A demonstrated ability to work across complex enterprise structures with multiple stakeholders at varying levels of seniority and decision-making authority. A history of building business cases to drive deals & renewals. Has consistently been a top performer within your teams and has demonstrated credibility with internal stakeholders across functions. Complete fluency in English. Able, willing, and prepared to travel internationally – we are a fully remote company, which means you'll predominantly be able to work wherever you'd like. However, you should expect to travel 10-15 times per year for this role, whether that's for client meetings, conferences, networking functions or staff events.
