Pay:$17-$18/hour.

May be asked to work overtime if needed

Qualifications:

• 21 years of age or older
• Familiarity with security equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Must possess the values important to Per Mar Security – Integrity, Communication, Excellent Service, and Accountability.
• Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• MUST pass background check, motor vehicle report, and 4-panel drug screen.
• MUST be able to stand/walk for long periods of time as needed (Foot patrols around the hospital)
• MUST pass MOAB training. (De-escalation/restraint of patients. Patient observation/detained in the room by a guard.)
• MUST be up to date on all vaccinations. 
• MUST have reliable transportation.
• MUST have a valid driver's license.
• MUST have previous Law Enforcement, Military, or Security Experience.
• MUST be observant for CCTV surveillance duty.
