Responsibilities:
- Actionable insights through timely analytics are at the heart of PGRE’s mission
- Driving global real estate data and analytics, insights, reporting, and project data management
- Benchmark results with industry standards; review synergies to drive best practices globally
- Drive full integration between the analytical teams, clarity of roles, responsibilities and the workflow
- The purpose of this role is to provide strategic tools/practices to drive organization effectiveness. This role has the objectives to create: value frameworks, methodologies, data quality metrics & business impact, real estate KPIs, location data governance in partnership with the Data & Analytics strategy as well as support in business case development and measurement of business impact for real estate. This function of PGRE also has “ownership” of all technology and software solutions to facilitate day-to-day tasks and data storage/processes across the organization.
- Develop strategic frameworks, methodologies and templates to guide improved decision making for the business to achieve their short and long term goals with a strong real estate solutions
- Coordinate cross-section data strategy discussions, develop data strategy roadmaps and advise the VP, Real Estate and other key leaders across the organization
- Offer strategic advisory to building out the Global Real Estate Portfolio Process, which helps continuously manage focus and priorities and fact-base justification
- Partner with sector leads to support the lease administration application (CoStar software) globally, ensuring data integrity to provide a single authoritative source for portfolio data that can be leveraged across many organizations. Provide exception reporting
- Market and spread awareness of workplace management software to other sectors/countries to realize the software’s full value, as well as ownership over the deployment/training and baseline support processes
- Drive all functional dashboard reporting, analytics, and score carding to assist PGRE leadership to uncover insights that will result in actionable items to support the organization’s key global projects and growth
- Lead and design with input from sectors and Digital Analytics to build “holistic reporting” for the real estate portfolio (e.g. revenue by geographical location) in order to more closely tie the global function to the business
- Serve as single-point-of-contact for data needs within the organization as well as externally to other functions (e.g. Finance, Supply Chain) with input from key business partners as appropriate
- Perform deep dive analytics to support ad-hoc Senior Executive requests and specific project based needs (e.g. prioritization & resourcing decision support)
- Provide accurate data to support global portfolio assessment & analysis to guide annual AOP process
- Drive use and understanding of the global data standards, processes, tools (e.g. Tableau data “trackers” and audits) and methodology
- Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy based on best practices and data audits; leverage industry standards to benchmark internal scorecards
- Build performance management benchmarks and measure accordingly; monitor performance to proactively identify efficiency opportunities and propose solutions
- Explore industry solutions to ensure PGRE’s suite of technology and software continuously meets/exceeds needs and drives value for the organization
- Key advisor in partnership with IT to deploy new technology solutions
Compensation & Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $132,200 - $262,400.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 25% of annual salary paid out annually and an additional target payout of 10% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period.
- Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MCR, MBA or advanced degree in technology, Data & Analytics preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in technology, data analytics, or digital transformation, with significant exposure to Real Estate, Facilities, Capital Projects, or Supply Chain environments.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale technology and analytics teams.
- Hands-on experience with real estate platforms (IWMS/CAFM, project management, portfolio systems).
- Demonstrated success delivering analytics-driven business value in a complex, global organization.
- Experience working in matrixed environments and partnering with IT, Finance, and senior executives.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-region initiatives and senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of corporate real estate, portfolio strategy, and financial analysis.
