Enterprise Solutions Director

The forecast to schedule lead will lead the operations of the FTS solution, overseeing the incident management, problem management, change management, and service management processes are operating to expectations. Additionally, the leader will have accountability for the batch job cycles that are so important to achieve the high quality of solve for the PFNA FTS solution. Finally, the FTS lead will be accountable for any enhancements to the FTS solution, including the changes, governance, testing, deployment, and Hypercare. This role will have direct reports from both Hyderabad India and Plano Texas US.
