About the role
This position is responsible for supporting the execution of marketing plans and initiatives for PepsiCo's Foodservice portfolio. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the development and execution of annual marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional programs across the Foodservice portfolio.
- Providing analytical and strategic support for marketing initiatives, including performance tracking, insights generation, and optimization.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, insights, and operations teams to ensure programs are executed successfully.
- Supporting the development of creative assets, digital content, and point-of-sale materials.
- Analyzing marketing performance data and generating periodic reporting.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitive activities to inform marketing strategy.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or brand management role, preferably in the food/beverage or foodservice industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Passion for the food and beverage industry
